What is the CAFÉ Self Service Portal?
The CAFÉ Self Service Portal is a secure online resource that provides users with access to their personal information, including MyGroundbiz account information, customer files, and service requests. The portal is accessible through the mygroundbiz website or by using the self-service login form on the portal’s home page. It also includes on-line services such as account history, password recovery, and change of address.
Log into CAFÉ
If you are new to mygroundbiz, you will first need to create an account. Once you have created your account, you can login to CAFÉ. To login, click on the “Login” button on the top right corner of the homepage and enter your mygroundbiz username and password. If you have forgotten your mygroundbiz username or password, please contact us at customerservice@mygroundbiz.com for assistance.
Click on My Account
If you are not a MyGroundBiz member, please register first. After you have registered and logged in, please follow these steps to log into CAFé: 1. Click on the CAFé logo in the top right corner of the homepage. 2. On the CAFé main page, under “Account Settings” click on “Login.” 3. Type your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on “Log In.” 4. You will now be taken to the CAFé login screen where you can select your MyGroundBiz account login name. If you are using a MyGroundBiz account with multiple users, each user must have their own login name. You can also choose to sign in anonymously if you do not want your login name associated with your MyGroundBiz account. 5. After logging in, you will see all of your MyGroundBiz account information as well as any public content that has been published on your behalf (blog posts, photos, etc.).
Click on MedicaidMyGroundBiz under the Company Name
You will then be taken to the CAFÉ Medicaid Portal. Enter your User ID and Password. You will be given the option to Log In or Register for an Account. If you choose to Log In, you will be taken to the Login Page. Enter your User ID and Password and click on Login. You will then be taken to the MyGroundBiz Homepage.
Enter or randomize your company’s user ID and password in the boxes provided
– Once you’ve logged in, click on the “My Groundbiz” tab to view all of your company’s data To log in to CAFÉ for mygroundbiz, enter your user ID and password in the boxes provided. Once you’ve logged in, click on the “My Groundbiz” tab to view all of your company’s data.
Repeat for each company you have applied for. If you haven’t yet, click Apply Now
How to Log Into CAFÉ: 1. Launch CAFÉ and sign in. 2. Click the My Groundbiz tab and select the company you want to log into. 3. Enter your username and password. 4. Click the Log In button.
